One of the perks of working for a manufacturer is being able to attend various industry parties. This year, API celebrated their 40th anniversary by throwing a big bash at the Roseland Ballroom, with Sonny Landreth & Bob Weir on stage & Dave Natale @ FOH mixing on an API 1608..... FUCKING AWESOME!!!

i gotta admit, i saw those passes being handed out and was feeling a little left out. i bet it was a blast.

After reading the AES Daily, it seems that it was open to anyone who signed up in time. I guess it is a good idea to read those things.
